Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Signal Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
Signal Intelligence is an information service that provides signal analysis, historical precedent intelligence, and opportunity scoring across multiple domains. The service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
3. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Subscription fees are stated clearly at the point of purchase.
- Newsletter subscriptions are processed at £49/month
- Platform subscriptions are processed at the stated tier price
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Newsletter subscriptions and platform subscriptions are separate entitlements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3a. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Signal Intelligence does not collect, store, or process payment card information.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. You may cancel at any time through your subscription management portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods unless required by applicable law.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Signal Intelligence is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, signal data, intelligence outputs, scoring methodologies, historical precedent analyses, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of Signal Intelligence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written permission. Subscriber access grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view content for your own use only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share subscription access with third parties
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform data
- Reverse engineer any platform methodology or scoring system
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Republish signal intelligence outputs as your own original analysis
8. API Access
API access is available on the Enterprise plan only. API usage is subject to rate limits and additional terms provided at the point of Enterprise agreement. Unauthorised API access or circumvention of access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Signal Intelligence provides information only. We are not liable for any financial loss, investment decision, or trading outcome that results from use of our service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
